**Traffic Ambassador**

Pay rate: $15.00 Per Hour

Monday - Friday, Weekends & Overnight shifts available

Location: Rideau Centre & Downtown Ottawa

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsible for assisting customers with cash and credit transactions with accuracy and precision
- Directing traffic and maintaining safe conditions as clients enter and exit the garage.
- Walking the garage and providing assistance to customers.
- Ensuring your tickets are sorted throughout the day.
- Completing all REEF documents completely, accurately and neatly.
- Responsible for keeping work environment neat and organized at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment
- Report all odd occurrences or strange persons on the lot to your supervisor and security immediately.
- Responsible for ensuring that the flow of traffic is constantly moving.
- Performing patrols and making yourself visible to clients.
- Adhering to the Impark dress code for proper attire and grooming.
- Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers.
- Other duties as may be assigned.

**What We Want From You**:
At least 18 years of age
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to verbally communicate with guests

**Working conditions**:

- Standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
