**Exceptional Opportunity**:
Carson Automotive Group requires a results-oriented **_Sales & Leasing Consultant _**to join our energetic and dynamic team. This is a full-time position located at**_ _**our Suburban Motors dealership in Victoria, BC.

**Principal Duties**:

- Facilitates the customer buying experience with exceptional customer service;
- Conducts vehicle delivery process;
- Offers and accompanies customers on test drives;
- Establishes strong knowledge of all products, services and accessory packages available.

**Position Requirements (minimum experience)**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years car sales experience;
- A great work ethic with excellent customer service skills;
- High School degree of equivalent preferred;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
- Successful applicants will be required to obtain VSA license (criminal record check required) prior to commencement of employment.
