This is a full-time position located atour Glenoak Ford dealership in Victoria, BC.Principal Duties: Facilitates the customer buying experience with exceptional customer service; Conducts vehicle delivery process;Offers and accompanies customers on test drives;Establishes strong knowledge of all products, services and accessory packages available.We are proud to offer:Large, ongoing income potential with performance bonuses;New and pre-owned inventory with multiple dealerships to sell from;Ongoing training and growth opportunities;Potential for advancement throughout our organization;Benefit plan offering medical, dental, life insurance and pension (benefits commence after completion of a waiting period).Position Requirements (minimum experience): A great work ethic with excellent customer service skills;1 year in a Customer Service environment preferred;High School degree of equivalent preferred;Valid Class 5 driver’s license;Successful applicants will be required to obtain VSA license (criminal record check required) prior to commencement of employment.It is our goal to bring aboard people with a passion for the industry, strong work ethic, high integrity, and a desire to grow with us
