Jobsite Industrial Rental Services, a Division of Toromont Industries LTD, has an opening for a Branch Manager working out of our Sarnia, ON location. This location is constantly growing in customer base and revenue, and is a busy, team-oriented facility that requires a dedicated, motivated individual. Our branch managers work at both the customer and employee level to ensure our continued success, and are a key requirement in maintaining and developing lasting and loyal relationships.

**Key Qualities**:

- The ability to maintain a personable, hard-working, dedicated attitude in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills that place an emphasis on promoting an effective team environment
- A customer-centric attitude and a strong focus on long-term customer relationships
- Experience with staff supervision, scheduling and training; inventory maintenance, management and reporting; counter duties, customer service and inside sales; assisting in quarterly and annual budgets and forecasting
- Excellent time management and organization abilities, with the ability to work and make decisions independently
- The flexibility to adapt to emergency and overtime arrangements
- Sharp attention to detail and effective paperwork organization
- The ability to perform customer dispute resolution in a timely and mutually agreeable manner
- Willingness to travel as required

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset
- Bilingual abilities in both English and French would be considered an asset
- Technical aptitude of Jobsite equipment and operations would be considered an asset
- A clean driver’s abstract is mandatory
