Our Food and Beverage Manager will be a fearless leader who thrives in a fast-paced demanding work environment. They will be unafraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines
- Deliver excellent guest’ experience
- Forecast, plan and mange all food and beverage orders, staff and finance
- Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Partner with the General Manager to develop, enhance and create systems that encourage efficient and effective service standards that elevate guest and staff experience
- Implement and lead staff training to educate on product awareness
- Support new hire on-board training
- Scheduling, coaching and progressive feedback of employees

**Skills**:

- Five plus years experience in food and beverage operations with a proven track record
- Two plus years experience as a manager in food and beverage
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
- Supervisory, coaching and staff development experience
- Strong business aptitude
- A degree in hospitality and/or restaurant management is preferred
- Serve it Right and Food Safety
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects up to 20 pounds with hands
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours daily
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
