**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to spearhead an opening of a new, upscale restaurant. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation including: revenue management, inventory control, hiring and coaching, marketing and advertising and guest management. We are seeking career minded individual with a proven track record who is seeking a new challenge with an opportunity for high rewards.

**Duties**
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including private events and catering portfolio.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Hiring and coaching of all FOH personnel
- Assist with developing marketing strategies to promote business and increase sales
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Experience**
- Minimum 5-years of experience as a GM of a full-service, fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills to motivate and coach staff effectively
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships with new guests and vendors
- Experience in opening new restaurants
- Ability to analyze data to produce financial reports and presentations.
- Experience with inventory control
- Previous experience managing events team(s)
