**Job Summary**

Stetson Motors, a trusted name in the automotive industry, is seeking a dedicated and organized to cover a maternity leave. This position will begin immediately and will continue for 24 months.

**Duties**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Manage multi-phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer support to customers and staff while directing calls
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the dealership team, including documentation and office management
- Support administrative functions such as inventory management of office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
- Input new vehicle invoices and update inventory records
- Provide assistance in various office duties as needed to enhance office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a dealership or similar automotive setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing files effectively.
- Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate clearly over the phone and in writing.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization within a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
