As a Project Associate, you will assist the Business Excellence Team with the implementation of project/process initiatives by providing confidential administrative support to project managers.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to project managers including, but not limited to document preparation, communication memos, preparation of presentations, and maintenance/monitoring of records and project plans.
- Organize, schedule and prioritize meetings related to project initiatives; creating agendas and recording minutes as required.
- Identify and recommend ideas/solutions to project managers to assist with the efficient and effective delivery project/process initiatives.
- Liaise with staff, managers, and/or suppliers/vendors for information sharing and/or information exchange.
- Maintain general understanding of and adhere to project management and/or process improvement practices and methodologies

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 Diploma plus two years of formal business-related education or equivalent, plus 4 to 6 years of job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word software.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, time management, organization, and change management skills.
- Experience with projects, process redesign/mapping, or project-related work is considered an asset.
