Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service/Admin Assistant with excellent command of the English language. Selected individuals will be responsible but not limited to the following duties.
**Monday to Friday from** 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
**Location**: Winston Churchill BLVD and 403
**Starting Salary**: $18/hr
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner - take orders and address complaints
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
- Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
- Use computer software to prepare invoices and customer statements
- Prepare courier deliveries
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels
- Prepare daily paperwork for freight transportation
- Forward voice mail from the general mailbox to the appropriate staff member
- Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
- Perform other related duties as required
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to work overtime during peak periods
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) and a strong aptitude for learning computer programs
**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
