Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and their needs through effective questioning and listening skills
- Introduce and educate potential customers about our products or services, highlighting the benefits and features
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow-up with them regularly
- Work closely with the sales team to set appointments and schedule follow-up calls or meetings
- Accurately record and update customer information in the company's CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals
- Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and coaching sessions

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

**Salary**: From $31,500.00 per year

**Benefits**:
