**Customer Experience Specialist - Automotive Sales (Non-Commissioned)**

**What You’ll Do**:
- Be a friendly and informative guide as customers explore our wide selection of 80-120 pre-owned vehicles, with no need for negotiation. Our third-party technology handles pricing to ensure fairness.
- Manage customer information using our CRM, keeping everything organized and up to date.
- Utilize social media and texting platforms to connect with customers and share Ride Time’s exciting inventory and promotions.
- Follow a proven, step-by-step system to meet activity goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Mastery of the English language in verbal, written, and spoken communication is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Comfortable using social media platforms to interact with customers and promote inventory.
- Attention to detail when inputting customer information into CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Who We’re Looking For**:
You don’t need car sales experience to thrive here - we’re looking for people with:
- **Experience in hospitality** (servers, bartenders, hotel front desk, call centers, etc.).
- A love for helping people and making their day just a little bit better.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in and help.
- A positive attitude and the drive to succeed - we’ll provide the tools and training, but you bring the energy and enthusiasm.

- Example earnings: 48 vehicles = $3,938.66 | 56 vehicles = $5,538.66 | 77 vehicles = $8,513.66.

**Schedule**:
- A 5-day work week (includes Saturdays).
- Saturdays are our busiest days - we call it **Game Day**, and it’s the perfect time to help more customers
