**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, and loaders to perform tasks including digging, building, and moving materials.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute tasks effectively, ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while operating machinery to minimize risks and accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents that occur during operation.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment handling and safety practices as needed.

**Skills**
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with experience in excavator, dozer, loader operation, and farm machinery.
- Understanding and being able to read and follow grade stakes is a huge asset.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with machinery effectively.
- Ability to perform commercial driving tasks as required for transporting equipment or materials.
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety protocols at all times.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
