Minimum of five years’ experience and proven knowledge in evaluation, repair and preventative maintenance of industrial and domestic building plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Experience in grounds keeping and equipment operation including snow blower, ride-on lawn mower, pressure washer, and other small tools such as drill, skill saw, weed whacker.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License, clean abstract and own vehicle
- Valid Emergency First Aid, CPR and WHMIS certificates
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check

**Skills**:

- Good computer and verbal and written communication skills
- Able to deal compassionately, patiently and effectively with vulnerable people
- Strong team player with all departments
- Able to work independently and participate in an on call rotation

Work Remotely

**Salary**: From $23.16 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
