International Student Recruitment Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- To recruit international students by implementation of marketing and performance strategic activities and projects to advance the Company’s mission and objectives of strong school enrolments and enhanced services provided;
- To effectively promote academic programs and services to prospective international students by identifying theiroverall academic goals andadvising on issues related to program selections at appropriate institutions, admission, transfer, etc.;
- To prepare, organize and provide various types of informative/orientation programs for international students on a regular basis, including academic, educational system, social and cultural seminars, events, publications, brochures, and so on;
- To monitor progressof school admission and notify students of any updates and final decisions;
- To identify the unique needs of international students and concerns that may arise from their parents;to provide the Company’s enhanced services, including ongoing supportof arriving in Canada and then settling down into student life; care of student well-being; academic progression monitoring and reporting summary for the parents, etc.;
- To develop local student recruitment agent network and partnership and to negotiate and prepare contracts and agreements;
- To update the market trends and to make recommendations to the Company of programs/procedures development, adjustments, changes, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required;
- At least five years of marketing, education, and/or regional outreach experience;
- Overseas travel required

**Salary**: $26.50 per hour, 30 hours per week, may require weekend/holiday work
