**Site Superintendent - High-End Residential Design-Build**

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a **hands-on Site Superintendent** to join our team. This is a working management role, where you’ll be “on the tools” for much of the time on smaller projects, while focusing more on coordination and leadership for larger builds. Your strength as a skilled carpenter, combined with proven supervisory ability and strong client-facing communication, will be key to your success in this role.

**You will**:

- Lead and mentor your crew, actively training and developing employees.
- Ensure site operations are organized, safe, and efficient.
- Work closely with clients throughout the project, providing an excellent experience from start to finish.
- Oversee quality control, schedules, and budgets to deliver projects to Kerr’s high standards.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Red Seal Carpenter certification (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering residential construction projects.
- Strong carpentry skills with the ability to step in on the tools when required.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and openness to new methods.
- Must provide examples of successfully completed high-end residential projects in Canada where you served as a lead carpenter or site supervisor.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and full set of tools.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
