The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Capilano University location. This includes managing and administering programs and services and promoting our client-centric culture and brand by providing superior service and hospitality to our customers. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for hands-on operations, overseeing lot management and maintenance, monthly parking programs, administering metering technologies, and signage programs. Additional responsibilities include implementing an operations strategy that builds a culture of teamwork, safety, quality, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement through the planning and scheduling functions.

**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Management of daily operational activities, which includes all working areas and lot cleanliness, safety checks, and enforcing the parking guidelines.
- Record data through Appenate and prepare all reports throughout the day as required.
- Prepare and send all applicable reports to Indigo’s Vancouver office as requested by accounting.
- Maintain the lines of communication, keeping in mind confidential information you are privy to as Site Supervisor is kept confidential and only discussed with your manager.
- Maintain a professional and clean appearance, wearing Indigo issued uniforms and clothing at all times including while performing patrol duties, responding to inquiries, and while driving the University’s parking patrol vehicle.
- Adhere to the Capilano University Patroller Guidelines.
- Ensure that patrol vehicle is stocked with the required equipment, cleaning supplies, and basic tools needed.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working conditions including parking meters, cameras, cell phones, ticket printers, patrol vehicle, etc.
- Work with management, staff, and suppliers to coordinate the successful operation and growth of the Account and the Company.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and record keeping as requested.
- Maintaining accountability in the interest of delivering the best service and controlling costs.
- Assist with other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time including on-site work as a Host.
- Ensure the client relationship between Capilano University and Indigo is always kept at the highest regard.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the MS office suite of programs
- Must be familiar with a variety of company specific Apps and systems
- Must have a knack for being able to learn new systems
- Must be able to pay attention to detail and maintain accuracy in various modes of communication
- Must have multi-faceted experience and knowledge gained from working in the parking industry

**What Will Set You Apart?**
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to effectively interact with guests and clients
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

**Experience**:
