**Your Role Includes**:

- Cleaning residential windows (exterior and interior) and eavestroughs
- Offering courteous, respectful service to homeowners
- Working closely with your team to complete each project on time and to standard
- Following safety guidelines, especially when working at heights or using ladders
- Assisting with other tasks (e.g., painting, admin support) during off-peak times

**Pay Structure & Benefits**:

- Crew Members earn $21 per project hour + performance bonuses
- Junior Crew Leads start at $24 per project hour with bonus opportunities for efficiency
- Eligible for a salary, benefits, and vehicle allowance after 3 months of strong performance

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Ideally, you’ve worked 2+ seasons in a trade, service, or labor-intensive job
- Comfortable using ladders and working at height safely
- Certifications like WHMIS or Working at Heights are a plus
- You’re positive, detail-focused, and communicate clearly
- You’ll need a reliable vehicle to get to job sites (Crew Leads require full-time access)

**Compensation**: This is a commission-based role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
