Green and Clean Home Solutions is seeking a **Junior Residential Window Cleaner** to join our professional home services team. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience in exterior cleaning, work outdoors, and build a foundation for future advancement.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and light pressure washing.
- Follow safety protocols when working with ladders or at heights.
- Assist with completing forms to track job progress and payroll requirements.
- Deliver professional, client-focused service on every project.
- Distribute neighbour introduction letters as directed.

Job Requirements
- General labour or cleaning experience (preferred).
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Ability to lift and carry ladders and equipment.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Secondary school education (preferred).
- WHMIS or Working at Heights certification (asset; training available if needed).

Pay & Advancement
- Pay is based on project budgets at a competitive hourly rate of between **$19.00-21.00/hour**, determined by project efficiency and standards.
- Additional earning opportunities through upsells, referrals, reviews, and tips.
- Growth opportunities into senior cleaning or cross-trained painting roles.
