Stronks Feedlot Ltd. is a progressive cattle feedlot operation committed to excellence in livestock care and agricultural management. We are currently looking for a detail-focused, organized, and tech-savvy Ag Inventory Technician to join our office team.

Must be a Canadian citizen or be a permanent resident.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inventory Management (Cattle, Drug, Grain & Crop)
- Accurately enter and reconcile cattle feed bills, lot files, and cohort data across internal systems (Fusion and Linus).
- Maintain and verify cattle inventory records, including U.S. export filings through CCIA.
- Process and track drug invoices, manage monthly drug and tag inventory, and ensure all post-mortem and deadstock data is complete and accurate.
- Distribute monthly drug memos and manage partner chargebacks.
- Submitting grain and crop inventory.
- Track scale tickets, grain authorizations, and record hay/straw movements.

**Other duties**
- Crosstrain in various administrative and operational roles to provide flexible team support.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage the CLTS database and coordinate export tracking.
- Collaborate with external partners and assist with special projects as needed.

**Qualifications**

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in an office setting, ideally in agriculture.

2. Proficient with computer, including advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new software.

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

5. Able to work independently while maintaining, professionalism and confidentiality.
