**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests as they arrive and depart from the lot, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, demonstrating proficiency in both automatic and manual transmission driving.
- Provide valet parking services when necessary, ensuring that vehicles are handled with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about services and amenities offered.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service delivery.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management or other related tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Experience driving various types of vehicles, including manual transmission is a plus.
- Valet parking experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all guests.
- Dealership or delivery driver experience is beneficial for understanding vehicle handling protocols.
- Basic cashiering skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures are required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
