**Job Summary**:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Innivec's operations in Canada. This includes developing and implementing business strategies, leading the executive team, and ensuring the company's goals are met. The CEO will play a crucial role in driving the company's vision, mission, and long-term success in the Canadian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Vision**:

- Develop and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and overall direction.
- Lead the executive team in setting and achieving strategic goals and objectives.

**Business Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategies and plans.
- Responsible in providing three months to Five years Business plan.

**Financial Performance**:

- Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the company’s financial health and profitability, and make decisions to drive revenue growth.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
- Ensure operational excellence and efficiency across all departments.

**Market Expansion**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand Innivec's presence in Canada.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
- Developing & creating exclusive universities partnerships.

**Team Leadership and Development**:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the organization.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company’s operations and growth.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Represent Innivec at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Communicate effectively with shareholders, employees, government authorities, and the public.

**Innovation and Growth**:

- Promote innovation and drive initiatives that enhance the company's competitive edge
- Lead efforts to improve products, services, and customer experiences

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in a senior executive role, with a proven track record of successful leadership
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and financial management.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian market and business environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to drive growth and achieve business goals.
- Experience with corporate governance and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed.
