**Your Role**

You are the guardian of the **Fruits & Passion** experience in your boutique.
Every customer visit becomes a special moment - a fragrance, a light, an emotion.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the team with kindness and authenticity.
- Ensure the store’s performance (sales, service, visuals, atmosphere).
- Showcase our products according to brand standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop your team’s talents.
- Maintain a welcoming, sensory, and well-organised environment.
- Manage daily operations with diligence and heart.

**Your Profile**
- Experience in store management, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle retail.
- Natural leadership and a genuine love of human connection.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and communicate with empathy.
- Organised, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French (English an asset).
