**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving stock, merchandising, and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Assist in the assembly of jewelry, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality, as well as conducting permanent jewelry appointments.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a retail manager is essential.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability Thursday Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
