**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Organize and coordinate educational events, including company visits and activities to raise awareness of aviation-related professions.
- Create communication materials to promote initiatives to students and teachers
- Manage event logistics, including bookings, invitations and promotional material
- Monitor and analyze the impact of events, collecting data on student participation and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams (Human Resources, Marketing, Operations) to ensure consistency and strategic alignment of educational initiatives
- Support recruitment initiatives by facilitating the involvement of young talent in our internship and work-study programs
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication
- You are meticulous and have a rigorous work ethic
- You are organized: able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage several tasks simultaneously
- You are autonomous and proactive
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (English and French)
- You have good interpersonal skills: ability to work as part of a team and to be professional in stressful situations
**Boarding Information**:
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 4-8 months
- Virtual or on site
- It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._
