Flex Point Security is now hiring a detail-orientated, skilled people manager, responsibility juggle, independent and driven, Part-Time Supervisor. This person will report directly to our Operations Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct quality control inspections of staff, in part checking uniforms, patrols, reports, customer service skills etc.
- Administer disciplinary actions as established by management
- Be trained at multiple site locations in the event you are required to stand down
- Assist scheduling supervisor when required
- Submit shift reports and quality assurance reports to management team
- Handoff with departing and incoming Supervisor and with incoming Supervisor at the beginning and end of each shift
- Communicating with clients and staff to ensure duties, directives, and assigned coverage
- Dealing with emergency situations while on duty
- Proactively identify and resolve potential concerns / failures in service
- Take initiative to always improve and ensure total customer satisfaction
- Go the extra mile to ensure 24/7 client satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Must have access to own vehicle for work (usage stipend provided if use required)
- Ability to work DAYs for 8 - 12-hour shifts - weekdays and weekends
- Must have valid security guard license
- Must have valid emergency First Aid/CPR certification
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Great problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication, and relationship management skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Exceptional communication and report writing skills

**Assets**
- Experience in a mobile officer or supervisor role
- Experience providing employee training / education / oversight

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- security guard: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
- Ontario Drivers Licence - G Level (required)
