Pennine Security Solutions is looking for a dependable, experienced and talented **Site Supervisor to lead a team of guards in the Etobicoke area.**

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage and support a team of Concierge/Security professionals
- Keeping communication open and flowing between all staff in the building
- reading all logs, reports and administrational documents for the site
- Onsite inspections of area locations
- Act as a front line ambassador to staff, residents, and guests
- Maintain a strong physical image of safety protocols
- Conduct timely internal and external patrols of the property
- Monitor all workplace activities related to violence and provide support to management as required
- Ensure the facility's safety and emergency protocols are in place and followed in response to fire alarms and site emergencies
- Complete daily (site specific) reports to ensure direct communication between your guards
- Address and report incidents in a timely manner
- Performing other duties (administrational or other) as assigned

**If you have the following**:

- A Valid Security Guard License
- A Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
- Proven work experience in a supervisory role
- Outstanding and personalized customer service
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of security procedures & protocols
- Keen surveillance/observational skills
- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- 7 am to 3 pm
