Typical work will involve:

- Supporting public sector authorities with strategic advice for the procurement and capital expenditure of their infrastructure programs and projects
- Supporting the development of procurement documentation, including but not limited to alternative forms of procurement such as P3s, CMGCs, and PDBs
- Supporting a range of projects with structured decision-making and options assessment/appraisal mandates
- Supporting climate resilience and adaptation strategies, assessments, and implementation plans for clients
- Project management mandates
- Drafting reports and project audits
- Supporting risk management for both internal and external mandates
- Supporting and leading the preparation of proposals
- Internal project management (including budgets) and reporting
- Supporting initiatives for the regional and global business
- A post-secondary degree with 3+ years of career experience related to the development of technical procurement documentation, engineering and/or infrastructure development
- Experience and knowledge of the construction industry / built environment
- Familiar and proficient with project management processes
- Experience of projects in multiple sectors (e.g. Built environment, Transportation, Water, Energy etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of risk identification, management and mitigation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of leading and working within a team
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and unsupervised
- Positive attitude, team player
