Reporting to the Operations Executive, the Account Manager will act as an ambassador to the organization, liaise with our customers and clients, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer or clients’ accounts might face with accuracy, efficiency and proactivity.
The Account Manager works in collaboration with the different departments across the organization to ensure that we provide an excellent service and customer experience to our customers and clients. Furthermore, the Account Manager continually seeks opportunities for operational enhancements for both the customer or client, and Ardent.
**_ Responsibilities and Duties_**
- Communicate with clients and customers to understand their needs and their product offering
- Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Work together with internal departments to facilitate the fulfillment of our clients’ needs and requirements and to optimize operational processes
- Resolve complaints within a timely manner and work proactively through training and participation in process creation to provide excellent customer experience
- Identify industry trends and communicate same to internal departments
- Act as the client advocate with a focus on improving the clients’ experience
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Provide timely and pertinent information updates, both internally and externally
- Execute and oversee the delivery of timely and accurate reporting (standard and customized)
- Manage a multi-disciplinary role with, at times, competing priorities and time constraints
- Accommodate video/call conferencing
- Take meeting minutes and circulate to attendees
- Participates in projects/assignments as needed, performs other duties as assigned
