We are looking for a family or individual in the **Hamilton** and surrounding area for a specialized foster placement. **Home**: Needs to be wheelchair accessible, have a bedroom for the child. **Child**: Significant medical needs, attends school, many appointments at McMaster Hospital, day to day monitoring of intake (food) and output (urine). **Support**:You will be paid a generous per diem, support hours for your home, respite ("time off") as needed and agreed on. **Commitment**:Along with what is expected of all our foster parents, this particular child would require an additional comittment to, undergo specialized caregiving training and attend medical appointments.
