- So, what will your new role look like?_

Join our fast-growing SAAS company as a Sales Enablement Manager and embark on an exciting opportunity to drive growth and maximize sales performance. This unique role offers you the chance to contribute to our company's rapid expansion and tackle challenges head-on. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales team, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to excel. Your top responsibilities are:

- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of messaging, enable effective product launches, and provide valuable feedback from the field.
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute effective sales enablement strategies, aligning them with overall business objectives and sales goals.
- Content creation and management: Create and curate sales content, including playbooks, training materials, presentations, and collateral, to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Training and onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, ensuring sales representatives are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively engage prospects, present solutions, and close deals.
- Sales process optimization: Continuously assess and refine the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sales technology implementation and management: Contribute to evaluate, select, and implement sales enablement tools and technologies, to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
- Performance analytics and reporting: Develop metrics and KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, track performance, and provide regular reports to sales leadership, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Sales enablement culture: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization, promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among team members.
- A typical week?_
- Lead cross-team core initiatives with marketing and product teams to align messaging and support product launches & marketing campaigns.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute insights and expertise from a sales enablement perspective.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to refine and execute sales enablement strategies.
- Create and update sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
- Deliver training sessions to the sales team, covering product knowledge, objection handling, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales representatives to identify challenges, gather feedback, and provide coaching.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to assess progress towards goals.
- Research and evaluate new sales enablement tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field;
- In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others;
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with sales data and leveraging insights for decision-making;
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems (Hubspot and SFDC) and training platforms;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
