We're looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our North American sales enablement team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, launching, and evolving training programs that empower our salespeople to thrive, from onboarding to continuous development.

You’ll play a key role in building engaging and scalable enablement experiences, delivering targeted live sessions, and measuring the impact of your programs across our sales organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth by equipping our sales teams with the skills, tools, and confidence they need to succeed.

What you’ll be doing:
Training and Development

Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new sales hires, covering product knowledge, sales processes, and core selling skills

Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities across the sales teamDevelop tailored learning content, both live and self-paced, using a mix of formats including eLearning, role plays, simulations, and certificationsFacilitate training sessions and workshops—both virtually and in-person—to support onboarding and upskillingMeasure program impact through key performance metrics, completion rates, and learner feedbackVisualize training outcomes and enablement effectiveness through reports and dashboards for leadership visibilityContinuously gather feedback and iterate on enablement programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and strategic enablement opportunities

Program Management

Lead the planning and execution of enablement programs that support go-to-market priorities, product launches, and sales initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and GTM Systems to ensure training is aligned with business goalsMaintain and update enablement assets such as playbooks, coaching guides, and LMS content
- Support the coordination and logistics of training delivery, including scheduling and stakeholder communications

What you need to bring:
Experience designing and facilitating impactful training programs

Strong instructional design skills with knowledge of adult learning principlesComfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person sessionsFamiliarity with role-playing activities, e-learning tools, and learning management systems (LMS)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in a sales, sales enablement, or sales coaching roleAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentProficiency in analyzing data to assess enablement needs and demonstrate program success
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Even better if you have, but not necessary:
Experience in a SaaS or tech environment

Familiarity with the retail or hospitality industryBilingual in English and FrenchExperience working on an international team
- Previous experience as a sales rep or front-line sales leader
