Facilities Coordinator and Fleet Coordinator

Responsible for the coordination of day to day activities to support various programs within Facilities & Fleet Services. The incumbent uses the departmental technology systems to coordinate services and track work related to the maintenance of fleet assets
- Experience managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders (internal business units, contractors)
- Ability to suggest changes or to support new and/or modified processes which contribute to improved productivity and departmental / divisional performance
- Ability to accept work assignments with a clear understanding of related quality, quantity, cost and performance targets / expectations.
- Ability to perform work in a manner that manages own health and safety and the safety of others.
- Ability to act as a safety leader by incorporating sustainable safety and environmental considerations into business decisions and actions.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
- Excellent project management, time management organizational skills
- Active listening skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to operate a vehicles requiring a Class G license and associated equipment related to the position.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
