**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area according to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards to ensure safety compliance.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
