**About us**

Tillsonburg Custom Foods is a federally inspected, Halal accredited, HAACP plant with over 30,000 square feet of the latest and most innovative machinery in the poultry industry. We specialize in poultry products, however, we are also licensed to formulate, blend and process beef and pork for specific customer projects. We pride ourselves on being a Canadian family-owned operation focused on producing great tasting, health conscious foods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate production line machinery and equipment.
- Monitor the production process and ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and other data.
- Communicate with supervisor/manager to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Lead a team of 10+ individuals
- Coach and mentor team members

Qualifications/Characteristics:

- Secondary Certificate or equivalent;
- Prior experience as a team leader;
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications;
- Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment;
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements;
- Ability to multi-task and remain standing or moving for long periods of time;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Health and Safety awareness in the workplace;
- Solid understanding of critical thinking

Pay: $21.00 per hour
