Main Duties: prepare, bake, cook menu items.

Responsibilities: Design, and improve recipes. Measuring and combining ingredients, mixers, heat sources, scales. Be able to prepare soups, salads, sandwiches, quiches etc as well as baked goods.Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality control.Keep detailed records of food inventory and production levels.Cleaning/restocking work station.

**Requirements**:
Hi school diploma, culinary experience an asset and understanding of food handling/safety certificate required.

Strong communication skills with an attention to detail and prode in final product. Creativity in crafting new recipe ideas and products. Ability to work on their feet all day and use of their hands, lifting heavy objects and products.

Willing to work with other team members to solve problems, schedules and create products.

Shifts Tues to Saturday 10-4pm. Closed Sun/Mon

Wage dependent on experience.
