The Kitting Associate supports manufacturing by performing a variety of tasks such as picking, sorting, packing, assembling kits, and maintaining inventory levels as well as fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner. The focus is on producing high quality product that meets internal and external customer requirements and contributing to the best intersection between Best Quality, Best Delivery and Best Price.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintain inventory levels and documentation of materials
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies such as shortages and lost/found parts
- Communicate inventory issues and adjustments to the Manufacturing Supervisor or their delegate
- Perform inventory adjustments
- Accurately pick, check and sort materials
- Count parts and process related paperwork
- Package and label parts
- Accurately assemble kits for production and shipping
- Fulfill work orders in a timely manner
- Meet production and quality standards on a consistent basis
- Work in compliance with established safety procedures
- Use or wear safety equipment and protective devices
- Report any safety concerns to employer or supervisor
- Maintain clean work area
- Assist senior members of the team as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

- Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to follow precise instructions
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Ability to adjust to various tasks
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team
- Awareness of timelines and big picture while working on individual tasks
- Commitment to a very high quality of work
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kgs
- Inventory count experience is an asset
- Experience with tools (in a work or personal capacity) is an asset

**Working at Muma Manufacturing**

This is a full-time, permanent position working in St. Thomas, Ontario. Expected hours are Monday - Friday. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
