Ezee Credit Leasing & Sales is a growing car dealership and we are looking to add support to our Collections/Litigation and Administration team

**Scope of the Position**

The Collections Specialist will be involved in multiple facets of the company’s operations including:

- Processing Bankruptcy/Consumer Proposal matters in an efficient and timely manner, including proper database updates and completion of required documentation;
- Processing Insurance claim litigation matters to ensure that all potential claims are reported promptly and following the litigation process through from start to finish;
- A strong focus on litigation including preparing default letters, drafting pleadings, enforcing judgments ;
- Negotiating settlement arrangements with defaulting customers and preparing the requisite legal agreements;
- Lease administration;
- Lease database updates and setup;
- Ongoing account administration support;
- Follow documented policies and procedures to execute transactions, activities and processes within assigned authorities;
- Document scanning as required;
- Filing; and
- General administrative duties.

**Credentials and Experience**:

- Previous legal and/or collections experience preferable but not required.
- You have obtained your Paralegal or Law Clerk diploma.
- You are looking for a career in a company that rewards results.
- You have strong computer skills, including a demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You have the ability to multitask and have proven organizational and time management skills.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy working with technology.
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- You have a strong sense of urgency and ability to effectively shift priorities as required.
- You have a valid G or G2 driver’s licence.

Please note that salary and compensation plan is commensurate with experience and other qualifications.

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
