Are you someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their dreams? This job could be perfect for you.
Our students come to IWED to learn techniques like event draping, lighting, floral design, dance floor wrapping and more. Each student has a unique journey that has led them to a desire to start a new career in this industry. You will play a vital role in ensuring that students are prepared before, during and after class and that they get the most out of their experience with IWED. This role requires the following duties:
- Assist students with registration and plans to attend classes all over North America
- Work within a small team dedicated to supporting students through any issues that may arise as well as to receive feedback on their experience
- Develop new programs that help to increase the student experience
- Assist the Operations Director in ensuring that reporting of student experience is accurate
- Work with instructors to ensure all students attend class and are taken care of
- Work with the billing team to ensure student accounts are accurate and up to date
- Participate in weekly meetings based on student success
- Develop new staff to assist in the operations of the department
- Perform performance appraisals with department staff
- Contact students to ensure that their needs are met
- Other duties as required
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
