**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an energetic full-time Parts Counter Sales Representative for our store. This position offers the opportunity to work on-site in an environment that emphasizes teamwork and a caring culture. This is a full-time position based out of our head office in Newmarket (conveniently located at Hwy 404 & Davis Dr).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Handle customer transactions; including sales, returns, defectives in a timely manner
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Look up parts via supplied computer programs
- Reconcile transaction history and drawer at the conclusion of each shift
- Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies.
- Work with the management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities.
- Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the order desk team as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Inside Counter experience an asset
- Minimum 2 years related experience with a medium sized company
- Post-Secondary Education (1-2 years, diploma not required)
- Microsoft Excel and Office proficiency preferred
- Mechanical or parts experience an asset
- Experience working with an ERP/business system preferred
