**We're Hiring: Parts Counter Sales Representative**
Are you ready to be the first point of contact for our customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience? We are looking for a full-time, permanent Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team of enthusiasts.
About the Role: As a Parts Counter Sales Representative, you will:

- Greet and assist customers with their parts needs in a friendly and professional manner both over the counter and by phone,
- Provide expert consultation on parts, ensuring customers get the right products for their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our extensive product lines.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for all our customers.
- Knowledge of and experience in parts systems, inventory control procedures, and sales environments - a strong asset.
- Experience with ATVs and/or snowmobiles, whether professionally or as a hobbyist a must
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated attitude to learn and keep current with model year changes and product lines.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Work in a vibrant and supportive environment with fellow power sports enthusiasts.
- Be part of a team that values excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Enjoy a stable, full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday, 9-6 schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
