**What you will be required to do**:

- Help and assist field technicians in troubleshooting, service and new installations of Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Truck Restraints in field at various customer locations
- Responsible to monitor and replace Service Vehicle Inventory
- Completes necessary paper work as required.
- Responsible for ensuring that all sites are left clean and that any refuse created is properly cleaned up.
- Responsible to access and return all tools and equipment required for repairs from service vehicle and clean and inspect daily to make sure all are in good working order.
- Responsible to keep interior/exterior of service vehicle clean and presentable.
- Responsible to keep shop/inventory orderly and clean as required.
- Responsible for adhering to the company’s health and safety policies and procedures at all times
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures
- Other duties as required or as assigned by Lead Hand or office.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- Has own hand tools, safety shoes
- Field encompasses basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, welding, reading schematics, installation and troubleshooting various related equipment
- Good communication, interpersonal and written skills
- Self starter and motivator, team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work with heavy lifting
- Valid drivers license in good standing a requirement
- Minimum high school (or equivalent) plus mechanical post secondary training preferred
- Experience with Welding with Arc and Oxy-Acetylene a is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
