**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues to management promptly.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used for safety.
- Maintain an organized supply area and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility users.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning tasks.
