**Job Overview**
Our client, located in Kingston, ON, is currently recruiting a a proactive and organized Sales Support & Personal Assistant that prides themselves on delivering high-quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage calendar and appointments clients.
- Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for clients
- Coordinate with clients and dealerships regarding scheduling and service updates.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of client interactions.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide information on services when the Sales Manager is unavailable.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
- **Reliability and punctuality are essential.**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
- Have a valid G license and be a confident driver.
