**Start Date: Immediately**

**Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 CAD**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and coordinate all accounting and finance functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, HR, and Benefits.
- Develop and maintain financial controls, accounting policies, and best practices to ensure internal compliance and efficiency.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process and prepare timely monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee cash flow management and foreign currency transactions, including conversions and hedging strategies.
- Act as the final reviewer for all financial reports, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control over all financial transactions and reporting activities.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions; manage credit agreements, borrowing base calculations, leasing, foreign exchange, and corporate credit cards.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- Manage inventory accounting and oversee consumables tracking.
- Coordinate and maintain insurance coverage and related policy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant provincial and federal regulations, accounting standards, and industry guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial records, contracts, and sensitive information.
- Lead or support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting; CPA designation is preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and financial software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to challenge existing processes and implement efficiencies.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- On-site presence is required at the company’s Ontario-based facility.
