Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Assist with electrical repairs and installations
- Weld and fabricate metal structures as required
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively
- Proficient in fabricating and installing equipment or components
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate maintenance staff
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with electrical repairs and installations is a plus
- Welding skills to fabricate metal structures as needed
- Ability to maintain accurate records using a CMMS

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
