**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lifting and Moving Materials**: Safely lift, move, and transport raw materials and finished products within the facility. This involves handling items of various sizes and weights, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Fabric Cutting**: Accurately measure and cut fabric materials as per specifications. This task requires precision and attention to detail to ensure quality and minimize waste.

**Equipment Operation**: Operate basic machinery and tools necessary for completing tasks. Training will be provided, but prior experience is an advantage.

**Quality Control**: Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Report any defects or discrepancies to the supervisor.

**Maintenance and Cleaning**: Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment. This includes organizing tools and equipment, cleaning work areas, and ensuring all safety measures are followed.

**Other Tasks**: Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may include packing, sorting, or assisting other departments.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of measurements and handling tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, noise).

**Work Hours and Benefits**:

- Full-time position, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
