We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our landscaping team as a Landscaping Laborer. As a Landscaping Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscaping and grounds maintenance. This is aphysically demanding role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding
- Remove debris, leaves, and other materials from lawns and garden beds.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and care of tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with common landscaping tools and equipment is a plus.
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to use power tools such as mowers, weedeaters, edgers, etc..
- Must have good communication skills and be able to work with little supervision.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions with occasional exposure to rain, snow, and extreme heat/cold.
- Able to follow directions and comply with all health and safety standards.
