Looking for reliable, responsible Clinic Aides to join the inMotion team at Sage Creek Physiotherapy As we hire many students they eventually finish their studies and move on into their profession of choice So sadly we have to replace them.

Monday to Friday day/afternoon/early evening's. Flexible availability an asset as shifts may vary at times to accommodate the needs of the clinic.
Must be Professional, Friendly and able to Multi-Task in a busy Environment
I must mention that we have a great working dynamic and pride ourselves on superior customer service.

Employee/Employer cost shared benefit plan available including dental and extended health (massage, physio, chiro, eye exams and more...) if working a minimum of 25 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Excellent phone skills - Very good communication with clients and co-workers
- Capable of prioritizing work responsibilities. - Understanding & respectful of client/clinic privacy during clinic hours & after clinic hours. - Capable of working independently and as a team member

Computer programs and office equipment used**:Microsoft Office Word and Excel **E-mail **Internet **Fax/Scanner/Photocopier **Debit/credit Machine**

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparation of equipment at the therapist’s request **Managing front reception, answering phones **Responsible for in house laundry and the general tidiness of the clinic **Booking, confirming, and changing client appointments **Assist the patient with the account payments and account inquiries **Other duties as assigned by the Therapist or Management**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

**Salary**: $14.15-$14.50 per hour
