**We are seeking a production supervisor who is wanting to make the next big step in their career**.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Salary range: up to $100,000 plus Overtime if available

**Key Job Elements**:

- Plan, schedule, assign and prioritize tasks/assignments to achieve the performance of all work and contract requirements
- Monitor assigned work activities to ensure implementation dates are met.
- Provide accurate daily/weekly/monthly status updates on all work activities within the team
- Manage key cost elements e.g. overtime, departmental expenses, HPU’s, MPS
- Lead WSA team meetings and actively identify and implement process improvements
- Use effective coaching techniques to train and develop leadership and technical capabilities of the team
- Ensures compliance of Unifor Contract requirements
- Maintains compliance with: GDLS policies, Trade Compliance (ITAR), ISO procedures Security and Safety regulations and Industrial Training requirements.
- Maintain favorable working relationships with internal and external customers
- Ability to work on a swing shift schedule (3 shifts)

**Required Qualifications**:

- College Diploma in a related field
- Goal oriented and able to work under demanding conditions
- Demonstrated communication, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment with mínimal supervision

***Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a Unifor/ Union Manufacturing environment
- Previous supervisory experience
