**Job Summary**

You will oversee our production processes, ensuring the employees runs smoothly and efficiently. You will motivate a team of production associates to achieve production goals, quality standards and delivery deadlines.

**Schedules Available**:

- Afternoons - 3:00PM to Midnight - Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**
- Use effective leadership strategies to engage and motivate employees
- Commit to the continuous learning and professional development of staff
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to maximize production efficiencies
- Make strategic decisions about the front-line workforce to optimize operations
- Practice strong communication skills and work cross-functionally to strengthen interdepartmental co-operation
- Enforce safety regulations and plant rules to ensure a safe and health work environment
- Adhere to the collective agreement in a unionized environment

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- OSSD or Equivalent
- 2 professional reference
- Willingness to work weekends when required
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
